Every pick is scored on value over replacement: production earned versus what the draft slot implied, floored so late darts stay near-neutral and the penalty lands on early picks that busted. RBs and WRs are judged on one combined flex board (both come off the same shelf on draft day); QBs and TEs within their position. A class is one manager’s draft in one year; the grade is that class’s percentile against every class in league history, and the leaderboard ranks by average within-year draft finish.
