Your ultimate offense.

Cards face up, each with a salary, and a budget for all eleven. Chemistry counts.

Pick your captain

The Key

How It Works

Pick a captain. That pack deals off the captain table.
Open all eleven packs, in any order.
Keep one card from each. Their values add up.
Your total sets your rung on the ladder.

The Salary Cap

You get $110M for all eleven.
Every card has a salary, and you can only keep what you can pay for.
A salary tracks a card’s value but can run well over or under it, so bargains are out there.
You never see the next pack, so every dollar spent now is one you may want later.
If you can’t afford anyone in a pack, its cheapest card signs for free.

Chemistry

Two men from the same franchise add up to 500, when their positions work together: a quarterback and his receiver, a center and his guard.
Same team in the same season means they really played together, and that pays 1,000.
Two men from rival teams cost you points. The franchise is what counts, so the Oilers are the Titans.

The Captain

Its pack draws far more dynasty-and-up cards, and five times the immortals.

Reading A Card

Every card is one player's season. The big number is what it adds to your total; under it are his stat line and his fantasy points that year. Value comes from points per game, with a small cut for playing under 14 games, so a shorter old schedule isn't marked down.
